SEC is going to vote on whether to reinstate the uptick rule.

The shorters have all come out with there retarded reasons way the uptick rule should not be brought back.

Shorting should be made illegal, however I already went over this before when I made a fool out of a shorter on this board when he tried to justify it as somehow adding value to our markets. It does nothing but allow the establishment to play both the upside and then the downside thus making it coming and going.

China's markets do not allow shorting or many of the other innovations Wall and Bay Street have introduced to our supposed superior markets.

No doubt this is one of the reasons why we are in such a mess and they are not.
