we would roughly need a 5-1 reverse split at today’s float and price to get us over 3$ roughly...

then we would head to nasdaq with roughly 12 million shares float...

i don’t see that happening either...

the question is what does bti do to at least get the stock in the 1.50$-2.00$ range before a reverse split
