Hummmmm,,,,my guess,,and its only a guess is that Management is shopping around for partners or 3rd party entities for deals etc. It must be assumed that biotech sideliners if given the insider info/sales pitch here that maybe just maybe they become interested in getting deeply involved with us. With a PP and or upfront $$$ on licenses, partnering, etc. our share price might increase to where our financial situatiuon can be handled in a much more pallatable way than with just straight ol' ugly dilution after dilution when share price is in the gutter.  All jmo.
