Kayaker, I have 10 years of evidence to support that.  I would ask "Are you new here?" but I know you have been watching the same thing I have for as long.  I have no idea what you're looking at.

All the delays you are supporting based on your years long "things take longer than expected" mantra are not helpful - time actually does matter.  If management is not waiting, and tirelessly working in the background, then the inability to generate any external monetizable interest is just as bad, and probably worse.
