The main purpose of the ASM is to officially elect the BOD members since it was not done legally last time via special meeting.

I would like to ask about Julios shares. He received a boatload of shares in 2014 for the original gaming deal. Once the deal was cancelled he was supposed to give those shares back. It doesn't appear that happened.
