Short story is Paul Redmayne was given 6 million shares when Parliament was the CEO (and still is) and Parliament halted those shares which are included in the 100+ million (Q and crew) that are currently frozen. Redmayne is pissed at Parliament and is trying his best to get them released so he filed a complaint.
