Well, it seems they have at least responded to the statements/complaints that the posters here have voiced either here or directly to the company. Should never have taken this long. But at least we know they are alive and not kidnapped and being held for ransom.

As to the content, not much other than what one would expect them to say, with no specifics. It's obvious they know who the seller(s) is(are), which, based on the number of shares and the few people who own that many, should have been immediately obvious.
