DAMIEN REYNOLDS

Mr. Reynolds has been involved in the junior resource sector for twenty years. He has gained industry knowledge through founding, investing in and serving on the Boards of a number of public exploration companies. Mr. Reynolds has an impressive track record with projects of merit around the world and also for his ability to raise capital for junior companies. Mr. Reynolds is the Chairman and CEO of Longview Capital Partners Inc., a global resource group that has founded, developed and invested in a portfolio of companies with a combined market capitalization of over $900 million.

DOUGLAS S TURNBULL
Position: DIRECTOR

Mr. Turnbull is a consulting geologist with over twenty years experience in diamond, precious and base metal exploration. Mr. Turnbull holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in geology is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognised by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Turnbull was an integral part of the exploration teams responsible for the exploration and development of the Eskay Creek Gold Deposit in British Columbia, Canada, the Petaquilla Cu-Au Porphyry deposit in Panama and currently the Mt. Kare project, Buffalo's flagship property in Papua New Guinea. Currently, Mr. Turnbull is the President of Centrasia Mining Corp., and serves as a director on the boards of Oromin Exploration Ltd., and Grizzly Diamonds Ltd.

JAMES G STEWART
Position: DIRECTOR

Mr. Stewart, is an accomplished lawyer who has practiced law in both private practice and as corporate counsel since 1984. He has extensive experience in the fields of mining, corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Stewart has served as a director or senior officer for a number of public companies including Prime Equities Ltd., Adrian Resources Ltd., and Madison Minerals Inc., in addition to being involved in mineral exploration and development projects throughout North, Central, South America and Australasia.

MARK DUGMORE
Position: VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Dugmore holds a Masters Degree in Exploration & Mining Geology from James Cook University, Australia and has 20 years global experience in the mining and minerals exploration industry. This experience includes serving as Manager for Australia/Asia/Africa and Global Base Metals for BHP Minerals and as an independent consultant providing advice to the mining industry and government. He has been involved the discovery and commercial development of several mines and mineral deposits within Australia and overseas and has had involvement in gold and base metal exploration in Australia and the SW Pacific region with a discovery record of almost 2 million ounces of gold and 500,000 tonnes copper.

DARRYN HEDGER
Position: EXPLORATION MANAGER - AUSTRALIA

Darryn Hedger has 20 years experience in uranium, gold and base metals exploration including project generation and grassroots exploration through to advanced project management. He has held positions with BHP Minerals, Freeport McMoran, Queensland Mines (later Afmeco), BP Minerals, Zapopan and Ballarat Goldfield, and has been involved with the discovery of several gold and uranium deposits in the Northern Territory. Mr. Hedger is also an experienced geochemist who has worked in covered environments, both in Australia and offshore, using a variety of modern deep-penetration geochemical techniques. Darryn is currently finalising is Ph.D. thesis at the University of Queensland.
