I talked to the Derek yesterday.

The closing date on the JV sale is April 14th. He feels that once this is confirmed (closed) this will increase interest since they will have a barge full of cash. I agree.

With the infusion of capital, they will be in a good position to go shopping for a promising company and continue their own exploration on their promising grounds.

A company with lots of cash is a great place to be these days. Like money in the bank with a real upside possibility.

Tough market all around. I don't think CBR will rise exponentially on the short term, except perhaps a good boost after the 14th, but I do feel this is a good long term bet and more then a bargain at this price.
