Hi MF, glad you enjoyed the article, makes you think there's a big disconect between reality and the markets. The reno is going slower than I had hoped, and I busted a rib 3 weeks ago which hasn't made progress any faster, but it is turning out good and should turn out to be a very good investment.

My only concern right now is that living here in Sudbury we have been in a booming economy due to the high base metal prices, but nicel and copper have tanked big time and a few mines ( juniors) have suspended operations due to current metal prices being below their break even costs.

Just want to flip that house while prices while are still good.
