Hi MF: The JV should happen in that time frame I hope but with the markets in shambles I don't know if we will see a bounce in SP that we deserve, right now the market is a mine field IMO and I am not sure were to step next, I have been taken down on every move I have made lately and am trying my best to survive. I am am sure OYL is a good investment and I will hold my position as I am sure that in the long run this stock is awinner.
