I don't think Charlotte could give you an answer to that question as thats material information that would have to be kept confidential, but since she hasn't responded at all maybe that's the answer, option two is looking better.

I bought 9200 shares @ $1.70 today at about 3:50 p.m. TD Waterhouse was down so I had to call in the trade at the last minuet, there were only 1000 shares available @ $1.73, I asked the trader to see what was available above $1.73 and he said there was only 1000 @ $1.77. I thought I was screwed but somebody sold into the bid and I got filled, and then they closed us @ $1.77.

I am anxious to see how we trade tommorow, seems like something is up.
