I agree that no answer is an answer, especially to that question. Charlotte has the option of blocking the sending of the receipt. I do it all the time - my computer asks if I want to send the receipt, and I reply 'yes' or 'no'.
The fact she allowed you to know she received and read your question could be a tell ... ie. I received your request but am unable to reply at this time. A pending news release would be the obvious reason.
