There are rumors flying that Horn might have hit a large zone way before they have reached their TD. You will notice that V.AOI has also been acting very well, and AOI own 51% of HRN. I own both and looking at the low float of shares of HRN available for trading you can see why HRN might go on a run. HRN have a potential 5 billion barrels of which they have a 60% WI and as such AOI have 30% WI. The shares of their partners each having 20% WI have also been on a run the past few weeks.
