R.E. Gordon Davis, P.Eng.
Chairman and CEO
R.E. Gordon Davis was the Chairman and CEO of Canplats Resources Corp., which was recently acquired by Goldcorp in a deal worth more than C$300-million. Prior to this he was a director and senior executive with Dynasty Explorations Ltd. and its successor corporation, Cyprus Anvil Mining Corporation. Gordon Davis currently serves as a director of Pacific Ridge Explorations Ltd. Mr. Davis is an independent geological engineer and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1962.
Peter de Visser, B.Comm., C.A.

Peter, a graduate of the University of British Columbia, is a partner of DeVisser Gray Chartered Accountants and is a member of the Technical Forum of the BC Institute of Chartered Accountants to the British Columbia Securities Commission. He has acted as a Chief Financial Officer for a number of TSX-listed gold mining companies.
Richard Dufresne, P.Geo.
VP, Exploratrion
Mr. Dufresne has more than 22 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. He previously worked with a number of major mining companies including Anglo American Exploration (Canada), where he was Senior Geologist responsible for managing exploration in Eastern Canada, and Falconbridge Ltd. (which was subsequently acquired by Xstrata), where he was involved in the exploration and development of the Raglan nickel mine. Mr. Dufresne has considerable international exploration experience in Peru, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the Ivory Coast. He has participated in several new discoveries in the Raglan district of northern Quebec and the central lead-zinc-silver belt in Peru, where one discovery was recognized as the Mining Prospect of the Year by the Peruvian Mining Merit Awards Committee in 2002. Mr. Dufresne graduated from the University of Montreal with a B.Sc. in geology and is a member of the Ordre des Geologues du Quebec (Geo) and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (P.Geo.).
Blaine A. Monaghan, B.A.

Blaine Monaghan has over 10-years' experience working with mineral exploration and development companies, including Canplats Resources Corp. (acquired by Goldcorp Inc.), Nu Energy Uranium Corp. (acquired by Mega Uranium Ltd.), Western Prospector Group Ltd. (acquired by a subsidiary of CNNC -- China Nuclear National Corp.) and Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. (acquired by Goldcorp Inc.). During this time he helped raise more than $100 million in equity financings. Blaine holds a B.A. from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland. Additionally, he has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
Francois Gaboury
Chief Geologist
Mr. Gaboury brings to Camino more than 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. He previously worked as a senior geologist with a number of major mining companies, including Minera Barrick Misquichilca S.A. (a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation) and Teck Resources Limited. Mr. Gaboury is a fluent Spanish speaker and has considerable exploration experience in Latin America, including Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico. Mr. Gaboury graduated from the University of Montreal with a B.Sc. in geology.
James W. Tutton, B.Comm.
Director
Mr. Tutton is a director of several mineral exploration companies and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (retired) and a Member of the Real Estate Institute of B.C. (retired). Mr. Tutton graduated with a B.Comm. in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia in 1965.
David
Watkins, M.Sc.
Director
Mr. Watkins is an international mining executive with over 40 years of experience in exploration and development, acquisitions and mergers, and mining operations. He graduated with a master of science degree in geology from Carleton University in 1970 and a bachelor of administration in geology from Queen's University in 1967.
Over his extensive career, Mr. Watkins has worked with Newmont Mining Corp., Noranda Inc., Falconbridge Copper Ltd. and was the president of Minnova Inc. Most recently, Mr. Watkins was the president of Cyprus Exploration and Development Corp., and senior vice-president, exploration for Cyprus Amax Minerals, and he is currently the chairman and chief executive officer of Atna Resources Ltd.
Gordon Bogden, P.Eng.

Mr. Bogden is currently a Managing Partner of Gryphon Partners, a boutique investment bank that provides corporate advisory services to mining and energy companies. He brings more than 18 years of investment banking experience to Camino's Board. Prior to Gryphon, Gordon was a Vice Chairman and Head of Global Mining and Metals, Corporate and Investment Banking at National Bank Financial Inc. He holds a BSc. in Applied Sciences from Queen's University and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Bruce Youngman, B.Sc.

Mr. Youngman has over twenty-five years of experience in mineral exploration and public company management. Bruce Youngman was the President and COO of Canplats Resources Corp. from January, 2008, to February, 2010. Prior to this he was a director and vice president of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. (NDM: TSX; NAK: AMEX) from 2001 to 2004 and its president and director from 1994 to 2001. During this time Mr. Youngman was responsible for the global project search that resulted in the identification and acquisition of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia.
Tom Turner, M.Sc.

Mr. Turner has over thirty-five years' experience as an exploration geologist and as a project manager. Mr. Turner has been instrumental in the discovery of a number of significant mineral deposits, including the Penasco precious and base metal ore body, currently under development at Goldcorp Inc.'s Penasquito project.
W. Perry Durning, M.Sc.
Consultant
Mr. Durning has been active in mineral exploration for over 43 years. He graduated with a B.Sc. in geology from San Diego State University and a M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona. Mr. Durning has worked extensively throughout the western U.S.A., Mexico and Central and South America. During his career he worked for Amax Exploration, SAGE Associates and Occidental Minerals, before becoming Exploration Manager and then President of Fischer-Watt Gold Co., Inc. Mr. Durning cofounded La Cuesta International, Inc. in 1993 and has worked primarily in Mexico since that time. Much of his career has focused on grassroots exploration in pioneering areas. Mr. Durning and Mr. Hillemeyer were selected by the PDAC as the 2010 co-award winners of the Thayer Lindsley Award in recognition for La Cuesta's multiple grassroots discoveries in Mexico.
F. L. "Bud" Hillemeyer, M.Sc.

Mr. Hillemeyer has been actively involved in mineral exploration in the United States and Latin America for more than 27 years. Mr. Hillemeyer has conducted extensive exploration programs in the western U.S., Mexico, Honduras and Costa Rica. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Geology and from San Diego State University with a M.Sc. in Geology. Mr. Hillemeyer co-founded La Cuesta International, Inc. in 1993 and has worked with an extensive array of clients including Kennecott, Meridian Gold, BHP, MIM, Hecla Mining, Crown Resources, Monarch Resources, Silver Standard Resources, Canplats Resources and others. Mr. Hillemeyer was recognized for his success in mineral exploration as the co-recipient of the 2010 Thayer Lindsley Award for an international mineral discovery. The award recognized Mr. Hillemeyer and his partner, Perry Durning, for their grassroots discoveries in Mexico including the San Sebastián, San Agustin, Pitarrilla and Camino Rojo projects.
