I'm not even sure that I believe it matters anymore. After eight years of Republican Big Bidness capitulation there is nobody left to guard us poor little turkeys here in the turkey house. Has anyone ever been punished in any way for NSS? Have any companies who have been wounded or even killed by NSS ever been compensated for the injuries? Have any shareholders ever been reimbursed for fortunes they lost in the market due to fat cat NSS? Have any brokers or brokerage houses ever been punished or shut down due to their complicity with NSS? Finally, has anyone ever been forced to cover massive NSS positions? I think not. Maybe the kitty cat SEC will finally get some cojones and do something for average shareholders rather than constantly defending the "integrity of the marketplace". As you can see my pessimism is growing daily although I am still crazy enough to hold shares in this company even after all of these years and tears.
