Your theory is certainly at least as probable as those being posted on RB and perhaps more so! That is the problem now and for always with this little bitty company. Nobody seems to really know what the truth is. I don't think that even the rather corrupt and truly incompetent SEC dudes could run away and hide from a mess this big. But I put absolutely nothing past our great keepers of the integrity of the stock market place.
