Ian and Jeff,
Any comments on this "delay" in the promised merger? Not sure why 17 days is sufficient to get it together. I also wonder about the escape clause in the deal concerning the 1.5 million dollar payment. It may be just about time to run away and hide from this thing although I am hoping to do so with at least a little bit better sp.
