I expect it has to help the company as they do not have a PR/IR person that is not an insider that I know of. I do think it will help mid term but in the short term, I expect little information as they are still building and this person has some ability to give out information even if the answer is "we are working on it". This is way better than no answer to a question sent in via the web site. All IMO.

Does anyone know if this is a requirement for a US company, requiring all the SEDAR filings? My other OTC has not filed any of the Sedar stuff and it is based in Florida.
