I agree with you Jeff. I don't think that institutional investors are likely to be overly influenced by a PR blitz. Hopefully these guys are more concerned about the bottom line rather than pop and fizz public relation games. On the other hand, if the PR releases contain some actionable positive information they will benefit the company by making this information more visible to investors.
