I really don't think that a name change or a number change mean very much in and of themselves. However, if this name change is announced along with some meaningful information about CardioGenics and projections for future earnings then it could be a valuable tool in getting the word out to potential investors. As always, the bottom line when earnings start to be produced will be much more influential to the sp than even the best PR blitz. All IMHO.
