Doc, I use TDAmeritrade in the States; their policies here prevent me from placing orders for CGNH electronically. I have to speak personally with one of their sales agents and give that person all relevant details for the trade in CGNH I wish to make.

To date three such orders I have placed have been executed without any issues.
