Y.S.! I was able to place an order this morning with TD online as an all or none one. I hit the ask of .25 this time and it was accepted with the warning that there were precious few shares being offered at this price. I guess the spreads have been too large to hit the bids with this stock. I probably will not get this one filled but at least they will not be able to sell me lots of 50 or whatever.
