That actually surprises me. What do that expect to learn over and above what would have been known when JAGH shares were converted to CGNH shares and then again when the reverse split took place. Any discrepancies in shareholders positions would have been glaringly obvious at that time. It seems like the company wants to continue the NSS fantasy after all. Do they really think shareholders' would not have noticed shortfalls or reported them at those times?

They really should try to put this whole sorry chapter in their history behind them and focus on getting the beads and analyzers into commercial sale. I don't think this helps their cause at all, and neither apparently do the markets.
