Action 1 Schedule 14C Information

Chilbear,

CGNH provides some clarity on Karver under Action 1 in the Schedule 14C they mailed to me. The text informs that CGNH's motion to dismiss Karver's suit is

"...currently pending. Should the motion be denied, CardioGenics Holdings Inc. will continue to pursue vigorous defense to this action. In addition, Karver's attorney has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for Karver, which motion is also currently pending. If granted, a scheduled hearing in the matter would be adjourned, Karver would be given 30 days to engage new counsel and discovery would be stayed during such 30-day period."

I wonder if Karver can find an attorney to pursue this matter for them? Or will this lawsuit just disappear through dismissal by the court?
