"Failed to deliver" is the operative term. That has been the case on many levels and they have also failed to inform shareholders in a timely fashion of their failures to deliver!

However, are you yourself now a "basher" because you mention their failures? Or is that just another fact to consider for potential investors along with the rosy projections put out in PR's that have yet come to pass along with the claims of tunnel vision pumpers?

You also mention Merck's "inability" to commercialize the paramagnetic beads. This is the same Merck that has been promoted ever since the merger by the previously mentioned pumpers as a world class pharmaceutical company that will propel billions of dollars in sales of the beads. As such, is it possible that there may be significant problems producing the beads on a commercial scale by Merck or anyone else?

Until some of these questions have been answered definitively, I don't see the stock making much progress outside of the manipulations of insiders and pipe financers.
