Exactly correct Ante. CGNH is NOT Jag - they bought Jag and all the unfortunate baggage. Jag appears to be a have been a sham but IMO CGNH is not. Slow to inform and slow to market perhaps but no sham. They have too much intellectual property and patents to be a sham.

The extra shares do make sense seeing that many of us cannot get a buy on the OTC. I know of many who who seek 2500 and get 10 or 76 shares as the fill. We do need the move to a better exchange and I believe that is one of the many goals. I might even venture to say there are investors who wish to buy large blocks and will buy as PP money rather that try to purchase through the market.

Dog - I did get your meaning and I appreciate your trying to inform/prevent shareholder abuse by management. Unfortunately I do not believe CGNH is that bad compared to the others out there.
