Paramagnetic Beads and QL Analyser are Proprietary Products
OK, then why didn't CGNH do that and also avoid the E designation?
And by the way. I do not pretend to know every little detail about FINRA, SEC filings, or medical research requirements. So if my questions or comments annoy you due to my lack of knowledge, maybe you can just ignore me rather than making condescending remarks. Perhaps you should reconsider terms like "fixated" and "uninformed" as that might be perceived to be contrary to the rules of civility here.
In this instance, the questions I have are about the E designation. SDNA just happens to be the only other stock that I know anything about who is late in filing required SEC reports. It is not like there are an abundance of such companies to choose from. Most public companies I am familiar with remain in compliance.
