Thanks for all the work generating this financial information; I did check the August 2009 filing (page 89) which contains an unaudited ProForma Balance Sheet informing as of April 30 2009. Cardiogenics accumulated deficit was reported as $4,603,671.

I prefer to characterize Cardiogenics use of this money as "spent" rather than "lost" as I think the money was consumed by rather IMO modest development and G&A expenses not mis-placed.
