I don't dispute your characterization of Cardiogenic being overconfident as this supports my previous posts that this management team is naive and lacks exerience in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of a publicly traded development stage company.

I was not "wildly speculating" that GREED reared its ugly head; as I posted my experience (25 years plus) in managing healthcare development companies leads me to this conclusion.
