Gameson, Mustang and Mythology: IMO, the announcement should be next week. Ignore posters who have no idea what is currently happening in the market and within the Company... CDEL, who handles orders from the note holders, has sold close to 8 million shares since the beginning of August. That represents over 90 percent of the total volume in the stock. I believe CardioGenics, during this period, gave out less then 2.5 million shares to the note holders. IMO, the remaining shares were sold short by the noteholders in an effort to protect their investment in case the Company ceased operations....Once they realize that CardioGenics will pay the notes in full and not issue any more shares they will have to cover their short positions.
