CDEL has been the major seller over many months and since there has never been a filing of shares being sold by insiders it is obvious those shares being sold through CDEL are coming from the shares issued to the lenders. If only 2.5 million were issued to lenders last month the it is obvious that they are short many millions of shares and it continues today. Just watching the offers on level II one can see CDEL continually offer stock and dropping the offer ever few minutes until it is taken out and then offering stock again and again.
