40 % discount to 0.0289 = 0.01734 / share and at $35,000 = 2.018 million shares.

The latest Short report Sept 30th (just released) discloses 63.5 K shares short, and has doubled from the Sept 15 report (28 K). Given that the noteholder was expecting 2 million shares, I can probably be convinced that he has been shorting lately (especially the 700 K today), but I doubt much more than a few million shares.

If you are correct, we will see SP rising soon, but I would guess that it will be sinking now that they have the shares released and happy to make 50% profit. Also, note that there is substantially more shares being released on Nov 12 ($35 K), Nov 21 ($16.4 K), Nov 26 ($55.25 K) and Dec 15 ($26.5 K). It's all in the 10 Q.
