I would rather not get into a drawn out discussion about the huge short position CDEL currently has in CardioGenics. You should try to spend a little time trying to discover how the short position you posted is calculated and who actually reports it. You might also want to call the NASD or the AMEX and you will discover that there are 100's of listed Companies who have complained about naked shorting and/or the total inaccuracies of the reported short positions. In addition you can call the Company and ask Dr. Gawad what he believes the actual short position is.... As I posted, IMO there is a good chance CardioGenics will be able to avoid issuing any shares.
