I was thinking of the exact thing that you wrote (both paragraphs). This must prove that geniuses think alike. Thank for putting it in writing.

In spite of the unexplained expenses, I still think that at this time next year we are looking at a $3 stock. Personally I would like to see the Company stick to the current business plan and forget about mergers, acquisitions, etc. and use the money more wisely.
