Vbellezza,

Don't get all pissy if someone does not agree with your thinking. You seem to have contradicted yourself, and in your post as well.Posters/share holders do have a right to express their optimism of a possible take over, merger deal. This is not speculation. If you look at the money spent on SGA and M&A committee and read the news releases you would understand there is a better chance of something materializing than not? Now you go on to say "logic" tells you.And to me that is alot more speculative than a few share holders being optimistic based on news released.I my self can't see a deal being swept under the rug and left to the wind, but time will tell. Delays are expected, if you are in for the long haul, relax.

I agree with you that a merger of equals would be better than a take over payout scenario for say 1.00-1.15 but the market is offering .60-.70 cents so a premuim is every individuals choice.I am with you for the long haul and understand the full potential CSG has to offer at this time.Regardlessly insiders will load up on cheap options and shares. Nothing can change that. This is par for the course,, so don't let that cloud your judgment. A public company can only issue themselves %10 of the outstanding shares, and they usually do. If they were as corrupt as some"rant on" They would dilute the hell out of CSG and raise a war chest and show a large balance of cash and declare .10 cents a share in profits, instead of growing "organically" and protecting share holders.I am not a broker. I am not an Insider. I am a share holder with a large position and wish the best for everyone.
