I agreed. I love XIII's posts but have always stated his timeframe is way too aggressive, I have always stated CLL real value is around 2 years out. They lower their NG exposure with the Luke enerhy acquistion, with low NG prices so far this has not panned out, but long term will. The do have limited production at POD1, but need to get it to full production. They also have to service debt and pay for operating expenses. I have not run the math to see if how much of POD1 would be consumed with all the expenses, debt and construction.
