Sure manipulation is widespread.
That is true of all stocks and stock markets.
Usually this is a game of the MM's and day trader/short term speculators looking to make a buck on a short term basis with no objective other that that.
This type of manipulation though is indifferent to market direction. They merely want a short term profit and don't care which side of the trade generates it.
My sense of CLL is that it always trades to the downside when there is a potential for an upside breakout.
It seems to have a huge weight to lift, much more so than others in same business.
But hey I'm the guy that thinks that Kennedy was killed by the CIA and that Cheney engineered the 9-11 attacks.....
