There was a pretty good explanation given for production not increasing if you listen to the presentation.

My interpretation was that production increases more-or-less in levels like a staircase. They described production at being on step 4 of 5, and the next step of course will be a jump to level 5 after they're done tinkering.

They also said that current production is better than anticipated, both by Connacher and by independent evaluators. So that portion of the presentation was more upbeat when listening in than just from appearances of the slides.

Someone else mentioned DG said things should appear much better in July, and I heard that also. Could be a few things happening including production increase, higher income due to price of oil, and possibly Algar since GD took 12 to 13 months and it's been 12 months (I believe that's what he said). No promises though on Algar but should be soon.
