Long Delivery items have been on order for many Months. Std. proceedure in the very heated Oilsands business... pun intentional.

When... (not If) the Algar Go-ahead is given, DG can get going with construction fairly quickly...Ground clearing & Site Prep etc. is Weather sensitive with Ab. short Summers & early Winters.
I am sure the Site (unlike GD) is not visible from the Highway, as the Construction Site will be several Kilometers East of GD.
