Yes. And I would assume that CLL might want to try to max out their license, if technical considerations permit. This might mean that once things are running smoothly this quarter, they might try to get up to 12,000-14,000 bpd in the last quarter, to balance out the year. Who knows, maybe they really pushed at the start to get initial production, more than they perhaps should have (to prove to the market that things would work) and now they are playing cautious and allowing the entire reservoir more time to heat properly before they take it to the next level. This is just speculation, of course.
Based on the heating of the reservoir, I would assume that there is some sort of headroom on production. Maybe they are taking it slow right now because they want to do a really intense test for a few months later this year, just to see what the possibilities are, before submitting an application for expansion. Again, this is just speculation, but it would be interesting to see if they could sustain daily production of 15k for a couple months, which would indicate the feasibility of expansion.
