I agree with you Brian.That would be the best signal to shareholders if they start buying back.

So far it looks they don't believe in the achievements from their own company.

I hope we can see a news in short they have a steady output at 10.000bpd .

Someone mentioned here a time ago about a SAGD plant from a company which has only reached 1/10 of designed capacity.The more we knew about these kind of technics it becomes clear that things not always come out like predicted.So there is a risk factor as long as the projected output is not reached.
