As always enjoy your posts. Especially "A few Points". I wish I had the skills and quality to bring the civility and perspective to otherwise very turbulent stock market and CLL share price performance.

You mention that 7 or 8 upgraders are being delayed or scrap. If you have some info on this please tell as more. This may have some negative impact on CLL bitumen price.

It is nice to see you having a faith in the CLL board of directors. Personally I do not trust any board of any publicly traded company.

As a rule they are just the rubber stump the executive decisions, collect meeting fees and stock option and enjoy inside info to sell or buy the shares. The best retirement job you can get. It is good to see that in your opinion CLL board is different.

On the lighter note.

I think Jennifer Kennedy as a Corporate Secretary is an Officer of the Corporation and not a Board members. Basically she is responsible for legality (seal) of CLL documents. Also She can take the minutes of the Board meeting if the Big Boys Club let her.
