Hi 2 C

about this

my stance on this is that the plant will be designed for 10,000bbl/day with an SOR of probably 3. most engineering firms don't leave much on the table for reserve capacity because it is considered a waste of capital. there are many examples in the industry of similar facilities not being able to make design targets; pick almost any insitu plant and you'll find a case of inadequate design resulting in a margin between actual vs theoretical operation.

Where makes these companies the difference compared to CLL ?

Miscalculation in the reservoir performance, wells not drilled perfecftly ,boiler capacity to low etc...Can we say CLL has one of the best enginering staff ?Where makes these companies the biggest mistake or is this hard to figure out?Maybe difficult questions?

That's maybe also a reason the market has some wait and see approach until they are convinced about the output .

What your feeling about Algar. Are you convinced they can achieve this the same way like they did with pod 1.

Some positive could be with the troubles in markets steel price could drop somewhat + other cost .So the chance for an heavy overshoot in costprice for the project could be minimized.
