Well put...One thing that many people have to remember is this.

There are many LONGS, especially private investors who bought shares well below $2...in fact some around .25 cents. As the economy tanks many of these guys are probably moving to a cash postion to ride out the storm. SO the shorts will have no problem driving the SP down and covering as long as there are still investors that can sell at these low prices and still turn a profit.
