In response to your question concerning the American Thanksgiving day tomorrow and the Canadian Markets Sharky:

Thanksgiving day in Canada was on October 13th. The Canadian markets will be open Thursday as they normally are from 9.30 am to 4pm. US exchanges however will be closed.
