I'm betting on the last part.Think they are waiting what oil and markets will do next week

Considering the terrorist trouble going on in India right now and the trouble in Thailand, I'm surprised the price of oil hasn't reacted much. Then again, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think either nations are oil producers.
