Hi Brian,

As I said, if you referring to the cost of materials etc, then I agree with you. However,

"contractor" frequently means "professional services" here in Alberta. So, in short, the

SAGD leaders (experts) who are "contracted" to build Algar are not replaceable, so we

should not risk losing them.
