the point I bring out is that CLL has taken steps that I whole heartedly support,that being the cut in production,and to the poster who wonders if Government would try and mannipulate I say YES,how many times do they make retractions on the numbers vis a vis supply demand,stockpile,usage etc.

If it weren't for Mulrooney's signing over 80% of Oil production Canada would have more leverage,but I'm not so naive as to think its that simple,if it weren't for the States little investment and exploration would have happened,still that 2'nd most disliked PM hould have got a better deal.

Another thought of mine is that cheaper Oil incurs a longer time line for swithching to alternatives,$100+ bbl will return PEAK Oil will see to that...???
