So you had the impression that DG is more focussed on economic pick up then oil price.

Suppose ,because Opec can do something to the output,that oil price is around 55 which like we assume is a + for POD 1 profits then if your conclusion is correct he probably wouldn't start up if economy isn't improving?

So you couldn't figure out what's most important for him.An oil price at 55 without economic pick up is probably not enough then to start up?Right?

I also think that oil could be at that level but that economic pick up wouldn't till then.
